We give customers the opportunity to return or exchange items within 7 days. Please note, that for a full refund, shoes must be in their original condition and not show any signs of wear. We recommend trying on shoes indoors only until you are sure about your purchase. While returning, kindly send shoes back in the original shoebox and also please pack any items to be returned into a box or parcel so that the original shoe box isn't damaged on its way back to us. To return an item, go to your Ethik account and you will find return options there.
To return shoes, they must be in their original condition, which means they mustn't show any signs of wear. For this reason, please try on shoes indoors only. The shoes have to be returned along with the box packaging & other accessories accompanying your pair/pairs.
Yes, you can exchange an item. If you prefer to get a different color or a different item instead, please place a new order in our online shop and return the item(s) you have already received, back to us to be refunded. Once your parcel reaches us, we aim to process it within 7- 10 working days.
